Before we begin, it will be necessary for you to have a working email address for future correspondence.

1. Uploading Your Photo
Upload your photo under “Get a FREE Estimate!“ on the home page. Your other option is to mail us the original and we will scan it ourselves. Your original will not be altered and will be returned to you upon the completion of your order.

~OR~ Print Photo Restoration Form and mail your photo(s)

Your other option is to mail us the original photo(s) and we will scan it ourselves. Print out the Photo Restoration Form, also found under "Get a FREE Estimate!" on the home page, fill out the grayed areas and mail it to:

2. Estimate and payment
After we receive your photo we will contact you through email or by phone and let you know what the photo restoration will cost.

Payment process:
• $1-500 (full balance required up front)
• $500+ (50% up front, 50% upon completion of order)

Once we receive payment we will start the photo restoration process.

3. Restoration Process
All of the restoration is done at our offices in Minnesota. The restoration is done by our highly skilled Photo Restoration Specialists. We use the latest technology to achieve the best possible restoration results. How long your order takes to restore depends on the extent of damage to your photo and how many photos you have.

4. Proofing
Once your photograph is restored, we will email you the proof. The proof will be a small JPG file, which will show the before and after results. **See Proofing Disclaimer

5. Mailing/Emailing prints
If there are no changes to be made, we’ll mail you, your prints/CD. Additional prints and CD’s are available upon request. There is a flat fee of $10 for all originals and prints that are mailed back to you.

BY UPLOADING OR MAILING YOUR PHOTO(S), YOU (THE CLIENT) HEREBY RELEASE PHOTO(S) ASSOCIATED WITH THIS JOB TO VA GRAPHICS, INC. FOR WORK AS MAILED OR MARKED ON THE PHOTO RESTORATION FORM AND AUTHORIZES VA GRAPHICS, INC. TO USE SAID PHOTO(S) IN PROMOTIONS ASSOCIATED WITH VA GRAPHICS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BEFORE AND AFTER EXAMPLES. YOU AGREE TO ASSUME ALL COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY. VA GRAPHICS, INC. WILL BE ALLOWED TO USE IMAGE(S) IN ANY WAY FOR EXAMPLES, DISPLAYS OR PROMOTIONAL WORK AT ANYTIME. CLIENT RELEASES ALL LEGAL RIGHTS OF PHOTO(S).

WHEN YOU, THE CLIENT, HAVE PROOFED THE PROJECT UPLOADED OR LISTED ON THE PHOTO RESTORATION FORM AND "ACCEPT", UNDERSTAND THAT THE PROJECT WILL BE PRINTED AS IT WAS SHOWN TO YOU ON THE DATE PROVIDED IN THE CORRESPONDENCE. YOU ACCEPT ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ERRORS FOUND AFTER "ACCEPTING" THE PROOF(S) AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE EXACTLY WHAT WAS SHOWN TO YOU ON THE PROOFING DATE, WITH THE PRINTING SPECIFICATIONS LISTED IN THE CORRESPONDENCE. ANY WORK YOU REQUEST AFTER "ACCEPTING" THIS FORM WILL BE TREATED AS A SEPARATE ORDER.
